※予約時間までに必ずお越しください。予約時間に10分以上遅れた場合、その予約はキャンセルされ、入館は許可できませんので、改めて予約をお取りください。 (If you are 10 minutes or more late for your appointment, it will automatically be cancelled without notice. You will not be allowed to enter and will be informed to book another appointment.)
※体調がすぐれない場合は来館をご遠慮ください。(Please refrain from visiting if you are not feeling well.)
※各領事業務にて1人1枠でご予約いただき、同一の理由で複数の予約枠を押さえるのはご遠慮ください。一度お取りいただいたご予約の変更をされる場合は、最初の予約がキャンセルされていることを必ず確認してください。 (You cannot make a duplicate booking (1 booking per person). Please be aware that if you make a duplicate booking, we will only keep the first booking and cancel the rest of the bookings without any notice.)
※来館前に、提出書類に不備がないようご準備ください。必要書類については、当館ホームページからご確認いただけます。 (Before visiting the Consulate-General, please check that the documents submitted are complete. The required documents can be found on the Consulate-General's website.)
